Starfruit
Star Fruit, cabrambola is a plant very closed to each Vietnamese, planted in front of the house in the sense of reminding everyone going to the far away, always remember their homeland.
Star Fruit is known as the most unique visual quality - a perfect star when it's cut across the middle like a starfish in cross sections. Center of the Star Fruit contains small seeds, brown.

The Star Fruit is yellow or green in color. It comes in two main types: a smaller, sour variety and a larger, sweeter one.
The skin is edible and the flesh has a mild, sour flavor, citrusy flavor, almost like a mix between an apple, a pear, and of lemon that makes it popular in a number of dishes and desserts. 
In Vietnam, the cultivar is widely cultivated throughout the region.
